As we continue to let our history dictate our future, we will become more routine with our choices. - What Environment do we Create for Ourselves?
How do you spend your free time? Is your profession a stay at home parent, do you work out of an office or remote. How much do you travel? How do you spend your breaks? Do you connect with others and do you know how to disconnect from others. Are you in an urban or rural environment? - Who are the People in our Life?
The people in our life make a difference. The people we spend the most time with will dictate how we spend our time. Our values will impact who we spend time with. Our growth depends on the support of others.

WHO WE ARE – TODAY
It’s rare to find someone who takes on the challenge of change. Most of the time we don’t take on change because we’ve built an identity we “can’t” change.
To help us understand how important it is for others to support us in our process of growth we need to understand that fear is part of our identity. We need to feel confident that we can make a change in spite of fear
- Fear of alienating others
- Fear of being misunderstood
- Fear of disconnection
- Fear of not being accepted
- Fear of our change, causing someone else pain
- Fear of judgment
Yes, change and growth are difficult. But that’s why we need to be grateful for those that positively impact our lives. We need to be those people that positively impact others.
